Responsibilities
- Maintain a friendly demeanor (smile, eye contact, small-talk) throughout the day, especially when interacting with clients.
- Adhere to a uniform standard (shirt tucked in, hat straight, pants at the waist) and display a positive attitude (smiles and eye contact).
- Educate clients about pricing and services, ensuring 110% satisfaction prior to providing estimates.
- Ensure safe operations at all times.
- Conduct daily truck inspections (tire pressure, oil, equipment, etc.)
- Verify that trucks are equipped with necessary receipts, safety gear, and marketing materials.
- Pricing jobs aggressively, meeting and surpassing benchmarks.
- Make logistical decisions regarding job completion, item packaging, truck loading, and downtime marketing.
- Lead by example, demonstrating the company's core values to team members.
- Assist in training new hires on day-to-day operations and core values.
- Prevent careless mistakes, including damage, injury, unhappy clients, lost equipment, etc.
- Regularly check-in with direct supervisors for additional assignments and guidance.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50 pounds with a team.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Valid/Active Driver's License.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
- Drug and alcohol-free status.
- Pass a federal background check.
