PT Innkeeper Position:
The historic College Inn European-Style Hotel is hiring! We are looking for friendly people to add to our team! Our University District location makes this a great job for a UW student, but we encourage anyone who meets the qualifications to apply.
- The Innkeeper position is all about customer service, and is a great role for an organized people-person.
- You would get plenty of training and would be responsible for preparing guest registrations, taking reservations, answering guests’ questions, checking-in & checking-out guests, plus various other duties as may be required to ensure that the hotel runs smoothly.
- We offer a competitive hourly wage.
Qualifications:
- Excellent people skills and desire to deliver outstanding customer service
- Attention to detail and proven problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently, and to act as the “Manager on Duty”
- Genuinely enjoy working with our valued guests and other staff
- Basic computer knowledge is required, but we will train on the specific systems.
- Dependable with a good attendance record and able to work nights and weekends
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable, and to maintain composure in difficult situations
