Job Description
- The director will plan, develop, and oversee the overall business development and growth strategy for assigned areas, complete regular market research, attend and participate in educational programs and networking/sales conferences.
- Develop sales strategies to drive new business and sustain existing business. Build strong relationships with industry professionals, competitors, and vendors. Create strategic business plans to cultivate and drive business and best practices for market success.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years experience in sales and/or business development
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Self-starter, team player, critical thinker, and problem solver
