Position Description | POSITION: The Department of Management and Marketing in the School of Business at the College of Charleston seeks qualified applicants for a full-time visiting Instructor starting in January 2025. This is a visiting position for the Spring 2025 semester. Renewable for 2 more years pending performance and available funding. Responsibilities include: * Teaching four undergraduate courses per semester in management and entrepreneurship. * Engaging in service activities, such as student advising and mentoring. QUALIFICATIONS: The minimum academic requirement for this position is an MBA (or an M.A. or M.S. degree in a related field) from an AACSB, EFMD, or EQUIS-accredited program. Ideal applicants will have significant industry experience in management and teaching experience in upper-level management courses at an AACSB-accredited business school. Preference will be given to enthusiastic, collegial candidates who are engaged with students, good communicators, and team players. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to teach undergraduate coursework in one or more of the above-stated areas.
