Job Summary
The Procurement Coordinator will coordinate purchasing goods and services within the College, State and Federal guidelines. The coordinator will assist in writing specifications for quote requests and manage the quote process. This position will oversee all processes for receiving goods, including inspection, development, and quality control. The coordinator will administer the procurement card system and inventory process, utilize the ERP system for data entry, and assist in user training for requisition entry and purchase order inquiries. The coordinator position will assist the procurement department with all aspects of the College's procurement processes.

Physical Demands and Work Environment :
Employees work indoors and are protected from weather and / or contaminants, but not, necessarily, occasional temperature changes. The employee is regularly required to sit and often uses repetitive hand motions.
Onsite work is essential and regular predictable attendance is required. Employees may be required to work at occasional events and handle tasks outside of regular working hours.
Background Investigations :
