Job Description
Now Hiring Barbers for Instructor Training
Are you a skilled Barber with a passion for teaching and shaping the next generation of industry professionals? College of Hair Design (CHD) is looking for dynamic, talented, and enthusiastic Barbers to join our team as Instructors.
What You'll Do:
- Teach assigned classes under the supervision and guidance of the Director of Barbering & School Director.
- Help students fulfill their maximum potential in mastering course content
- Maintain thorough and up-to-date knowledge in teaching field
- Maintain standards of professional conduct and ethics appropriate to the professional position
- Grade and return student work in a timely manner
- Instruct students on proper sanitation methods and oversee sanitation efforts throughout the day
- Classroom management; ensure student compliance with school rules and regulations
- Must be solutions-based person who can handle classroom management situations
- Complete other assigned duties, as needed
Qualifications

- Licensed Barbers with a passion for education and a minimum of 3 years experience.
