Under direct supervision, responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Greet and direct students, faculty, and community regarding Career & Transfer Services on the campus. Answer telephone, greet in-person visitors, schedule appointments, and maintain a daily log of students visiting Career & Transfer Services utilizing Coyote Q log in system.

Organize and log all textbooks in the Textbook Assistance Program (TAP), and record all returns and checkouts in the ResourceMate Library Systems.

Assist in the scheduling of on-campus recruitments, workshops, events, complete applicable paperwork, and assist with event preparation, operations, and follow- up.

Maintain student files following grant guidelines and requirements to include compiling necessary documents for all students qualifying for the Re-Entry program, posting students' class schedules, grades, payment for classes and books on students' files.

Provide general clerical support for Career & Transfer Services Specialist to include distributing office mail, correspondence to students for program progress reports prepares mailers, order office supplies, make copies and fax documents as requested.

Minimum Qualifications
- Graduation from high school or equivalent education and one year of clerical experience which included experience in one or more of the following areas: maintaining records, answering telephones, and reviewing forms, documents and other written materials; OR six months of experience as an Administrative Aid in Nevada State service; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Salary Range
Grade 23, Step 1 - 39,421.44
Per Nevada Administrative Code (NAC 284.170), salaries for initial appointments for classified positions typically begin at Step 1.
