Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at College Park Family Care Center. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our practice.
Responsibilities
- Manage the efficient flow of patients, including screening, preparation for exams, instructing patients on collection of necessary samples/tests, and obtaining vitals
- Notify patients of test results and follow-up appointments and instructs patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions
- Manage patient records, including chart entries and posting lab/tests and examination results
- Schedule tests and treatments, including arranging referrals to specialists and obtaining pre-authorizations when directed by providers
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited school of practical nursing
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a hospital or clinic setting preferred
- Must be licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in accordance with state regulations

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
