What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurse Liaison position at College Park Family Care?

You will be responsible for managing the efficient flow of patients, including screening, preparation for exam, instructing patients on collection of any necessary samples/tests, and obtaining vitals. You will also notify patients of test results and follow-up appointments, and instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions.
