What are the responsibilities and job description for the Digital Media / Streaming Director position at College Sports Communicators?
This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the Department of Athletics coordination of video content and production, including video board content, social media features, and live event audio / video streaming set up and production through ESPN and FloSports. The role also involves support of the department’s special events.

Advanced knowledge in various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.); familiarity with Ross / Xpression / Tricaster / 3Play equipment for streaming events live.
This is a full-time position with complete benefits, a 12-month duration, and it reports to the Director of Creative Services.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in communications or related field required; minimum of two years experience in an athletics setting; excellent communication and organizational skills; prior video production skills with proficiency in Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere; ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays; manage the department’s digital media equipment, software, broadcast trailer, and production spaces; ability to supervise freelance staff and / or students.
