Director of Program
As our Director of Program, you will oversee day-to-day site management in order to deliver a suite of comprehensive leadership development programming that effectively prepares College Track Scholars. Day to day, you will:
- Coach and manage staff, including Academic Advisors, Leadership Coaches, and the College Counseling Director, to ensure scholars have positive, collaborative, and reliable experiences.
- Oversee the implementation of our program model to ensure strong outcomes, such as college matriculation for all scholars.
- Implement effective data management practices to monitor, assess, and optimize site performance and student outcomes.

- Have experience in building partnerships and managing community resources that support student outcomes.
- Be deeply familiar with the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) education landscape

College Track is a comprehensive college completion program that equips students from underserved communities to be the first in their families to graduate with a bachelor’s degree. You’ll know the Director of Program role is the right fit if…
- You have 5-7 years of experience managing youth-serving projects, including at least 3 years of direct staff supervision. A minimum of a 4-year college degree is required, with a Master's degree strongly preferred
- You are experienced in building or managing complex, youth-serving programs
- You are passionate about managing and coaching program staff to achieve results
- You are results-driven, fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive team culture
- You value data analysis and are committed to continuous improvement practice
- You have a genuine interest in asset-based frameworks and positive youth development approaches
- You are excited about working a 100% In Person with our scholars. You’d be expected in the office 9:30-6:00 Monday-Friday and occasional weekends
Compensation: This position is Full-Time, Exempt. The full compensation range for a Director of Program in Watts, CA is $99,000-$142,000 / Year with the exact compensation depending on experience. As someone new to this role at College Track, you can expect an offer around $120,500 /Year to ensure internal equity while leaving room for compensation growth during your time with us.
