As our Leadership Coach, you will facilitate workshops so our scholars are supported and empowered to tackle high school life and apply for college. Day to day, you will prepare for workshops, facilitate programming for scholars, and track and analyze student data. - You have experience and comfort facilitating workshops for groups of students
- You are adept at building trusting relationships with students from diverse backgrounds
- You have experience coaching and working one-on-one with students
- You are a flexible and collaborative worker, eager to work with a team to best support students
- You are excited about working a 100% In Person with our scholars. You’d be expected in the office 9:00-5:00 Monday-Friday.
Compensation: This position is Full-Time, Non-Exempt. The full compensation range for a Leadership Coach in Sacramento, CA is $26.24-35.51/ Hour with the exact compensation depending on experience. As someone new to this role at College Track, you can expect an offer between $30.41-31.81 /Hour to ensure internal equity while leaving room for compensation growth during your time with us.
