Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our team. Join us Tuesday, April 8, from 10am-2pm, for an Open House job fair at our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our students and clients, ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. We value people who show up with integrity and do the right thing. We need team members we can count on. A passion for customer service and the ability to work collaboratively with team members are essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities
- Accurately deliver scripts to callers both inbound and outbound
- Accurately disposition calls
- Be completely familiar with all product knowledge at all times
- Maintain a wrap up time of 3% or less daily
- Arrive to work on time for all shifts
- Consistently receive high QA scores
- Duties and responsibilities are subject to change by the employer as the needs of the business and requirements of the job change
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services, assisting customers with their needs.
- Assist in training new staff members on customer service protocols and best practices.
- Continuously improve knowledge of company products and services to enhance customer support.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service is preferred.
