Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for all residents.
- Support residents in engaging with peers and participating in community activities.
- Uphold resident rights by ensuring privacy, dignity, and respect at all times.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance residents' well-being, comfort and safety.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in caregiving or personal care roles is preferred.
- Willing to be trained on new skills.
- Flexibility to work in both assisted living and memory care settings.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with residents and their families.
- Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others live comfortably.
- Reliable transportation.
