Job Description
Title: Registrar, Enrollment Department
Reports To: Enrollment/Communications Coordinator
Employee Type: Full-Time, 12-Months, Salary, Exempt
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review, spot-check, and approve enrollment submissions promptly and accurately
- Precise and timely delivery of student data into the Student Information System (PowerSchool)
- Communicate with staff and families regarding student enrollment information
- Maintain accurate spreadsheets for waitlists, K-12 students, enrollment summaries, and special education students
- Correctly store enrollment documents in DocuWare
- Maintain a working knowledge of the association between data entry and reporting results to assist with data governance, quality control, and accurate reporting
- Maintain confidentiality of students' enrollment documents
- Assumes other responsibilities as assigned by the Enrollment/Communications Coordinator
- Share a commitment to the success of CCS's mission, vision, goals, and objectives
- Assist families on campus and facilitate building visits in collaboration with our Bilingual Enrollment Specialist
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of one to three years experience in education or related field
- High school diploma or GED, prefer some post-secondary school experience
- Must have some background knowledge of data information systems and data system relationships
- Knowledge of computer operations and the Google Suite of applications
- Strong interpersonal skills and self-motivated
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, multilingual communication skillset preferred
- Ability to originate strategic thinking
- Meets criteria for employment in a PA Public School (background clearances and pre-employment health screening.)
