Collegium Pharmaceutical is building a leading, diversified biopharmaceutical company committed to improving the lives of people living with serious medical conditions. We have a leading portfolio of responsible pain management and neuropsychiatry medications.

Hybrid: Required to be onsite in Stoughton, MA on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Position Overview

We are looking for a talented and motivated student to join our HR team as a summer intern. As part of a small team of HR professionals, the selected candidate will receive wide exposure to multiple aspects of a Human Resources organization within a pharmaceutical company including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, and more. This intern role will have a strong focus on employee experience including employee engagement, communications, and integration readiness.

Responsibilities

Projects and learning opportunities will include the following areas:

  • Employee engagement: Partner with HR team to analyze data trends from employee experience surveys and develop plans for future engagement surveys leveraging HR technology including Energage and CultureAmp; support culture building initiatives as part of action planning tied to engagement themes and results
  • Employee development and performance management: You’ll be here for the mid-year performance review check-ins and have the opportunity to attend a number of different meetings and development sessions; assist in developing learning content (i.e. people leader development and/or professional development resources and tools) tied to themes from individual development plans across the organization
  • Internship program development: Build out a formalized summer internship program structure and timeline for future iterations of the program
  • Integration readiness: Synthesize themes from lessons learned and external resources and best practices to inform integration readiness tools
  • Communications and corporate social responsibility: Collaborate with HR and communications colleagues on internal, and in some cases external communications, related to our people and culture and community partnerships.

EDUCATIONAL OUTCOMES

  • Gain an understanding of different areas of HR including Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, and Total Rewards including our important partnerships with other functions including Communications.
  • Develop the ability to work with different HR systems including engagement, recognition, and HRIS tools.
  • Become more knowledgeable of HR processes including performance management, integration, and onboarding.
  • Additional exposure to different learning tools and resources such as Articulate Rise, LinkedIn Learning, Insights Discovery, etc.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, or a similar Business related field
  • Must have strong written, oral, and presentation skills
  • Must have a strong appreciation for data sensitivity and privacy given the information stored in HR

Pay Range

$26 - $29 USD
