Job Title: Registered Nurse - PRN/As Needed

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality patient-centered care in line with departmental requirements and state/national standards. As a member of our care team, you will provide personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care to adult and pediatric patients, including those requiring general surgical, orthopedic, and medical interventions.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patient condition during admission and each scheduled shift, identifying and reporting changes in status promptly
- Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by medical providers, ensuring thorough documentation of care administration in the patient's record
- Provide exceptional care by responding to patient requests, anticipating needs, and resolving them proactively
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, side effects, and follow-up measures, ensuring complete understanding by translating complex medical terminology
Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing: Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher required
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state where you practice, or hold an active Compact/Multi-State RN license
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider certification
