This is a full-time on-site role for an HVAC Estimator located in Latham, NY. The HVAC Estimator will be responsible for estimating plumbing, HVAC, and piping projects, as well as project management and budgeting tasks.
- Experience in Plumbing, HVAC, and Piping
- Strong Project Management skills
- Proficiency in Budgeting
- Knowledge of construction industry practices
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant certifications or licenses in HVAC or Plumbing are a plus
