Key Responsibilities:
- Provides exceptional executive support to the EVP of Global Sales, the CRO, and the CEO, including managing calendars, completing expense reports, and arranging travel plans.
- Serves as a liaison to Senior Leadership Teams, coordinating executive outreach and external relations efforts, and overseeing/ managing special projects.
- Communicates directly and on behalf of the EVP of Global Sales and the CRO with Board members, donors, staff, and others on matters related to initiatives.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree.
- Five to 10 years of experience supporting C-Level Executives.
- Experience and interest in internal and external communications and relationship development.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Exceptional Microsoft Office, Teams, and Adobe Acrobat skills.
