- Attendance at monthly District Mentor Meetings, as well as participation in ongoing professional learning

Eligible Participants: Retired teachers and administrators with knowledge of the Marzano Instructional Model, to mentor teachers with alternative certification. Current Professional Teaching and Clinical Education certifications are required.
Project Description: Mentors will work cooperatively and independently with new teacher to provide support for instructional planning and delivery.
Some general responsibilities include:
Compensation: $40 per hour. Part-time position. It averages 10 to 20 hours weekly.
Number of positions: 10 Assignment Length: 12 months Hours per day: Varies
