Company Summary: We are a family owned business since 1993. Collier Foundation has diversified and evolved our products from Superior Wall System. Today we produce Precast Products, Retaining Walls, Lagging Panels, Commercial Foundations, Storm Water Catch Basins and Manholes, Gas Well Oil Catch Pad, Light Pole Bases, Small Pier, Coping, Decks, Footer Pads, Concrete Structural Beams and much more.
Responsibilities:
the Responsibility of the Estimator - Inside Sales:
-To sue their Construction knowledge to accurately review residential house drawings, to provide complete estimates for Customers
-Review plans with customers and builders to revise any changes to projevts
-Provide follow up to the Estimate Provided
-Contact and follow leads from Website, Social Media, Corporate Leads, Marketing and Networking
-Provide final quotes for customer submittals
-Review and Provide customers with Final Contracts
-Other Duties as assigned in support of the Organization
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
-Construction Management or Equivalent Technical Training and Experience
-4 years of Experience in Estimating in Construction Industry
-Through knowledge of Construction Procedures
-Some knowledge of Structural Enginering
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
-Ability to understand and read Residential house Drawings
-Ability to provide estimates for Residential Basement
-Excellent communication Skills
-Comfortable presenting project information with all levels of organization, and with clients
-Excellent problem solving skills and abilities
-Able to use experience and expertise to inform organizations and clients
-Highly motivated and able to take initiative
-Willing and able to roll-up your sleeves and get things done
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
