- Assist veterinarians in providing medical care to animals
- Perform routine procedures such as vaccinations, blood draws, and Digital Radiology
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by veterinarians (Oral treatments, Subcutaneous, Intramuscular and Intravenous Injections)
- Full knowledge of anesthesia monitoring and a vast knowledge of dentistry, monitor the health and well-being of animals before, during, and after procedures
- Maintain accurate records of patient care and treatment plans
- Prepare animals for surgery and assist during surgical procedures
- Perform laboratory tests and analyze results
- Provide compassionate care and support to animals and their owners
Skills:
- Controlled Substance and book keeping
- Certified in CPR
- Radiology
- Physical examination and patient assessment
- Advanced venipuncture
- Catheter placement
- Phlebotomy
- Compassionate care for hospitalized patients

```Experience```
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Veterinary Technician / Surgery Technician
- Proficient in veterinary critical care, and aseptic technique
- Familiarity with veterinary terminology and medical procedures
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with clients and other veterinary staff
