Job Responsibilities
- Assist customers in finding the right RV that fits their needs and budget
- Guide customers through the sales process from start to finish
- Conduct RV walk-throughs and demonstrate features
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers
- Follow up with customer leads via phone, email, text messages, video, and in-person interactions
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Stay up to date on RV models, features, and industry trends
Qualifications
- Retail sales experience (RV, automotive, or similar industry preferred, but not required)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills including public speaking
- Enthusiastic, motivated, and customer-focused
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Ability to work Saturdays and a few Sundays a year for special events
- Basic computer skills
- Familiar with using CRM software for all customer communcations and follow-up
- A valid driver’s license
