Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking an experienced Compliance Coordinator to join our team. The Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring our business operations and procedures comply with the firm’s internal policies in regards to travel and expenses related to travel.

Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking an experienced Compliance Coordinator to join our team. The Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring our business operations and procedures comply with the firm’s internal policies in regards to travel and expenses related to travel.
Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing and maintaining internal audit policies and procedures.
- Monitor budgets and expenses to ensure compliance.
- Manage and monitor unreconciled and/or unapproved staff expense reports and corporate card transactions and work with Admin staff to resolve.
- Audit expense reports based on expense audit rules and ensure compliance with the T&E Policy.
- Assist with projects and initiatives for the Corporate Expense Program.
- Reconcile credit card reports.
- Assist in the development of compliance training programs.
- Provide support and training to end-users using the Concur Expense as needed.
- Respond to Concur Help Desk support cases as needed.
- Off Board - Review Concur and make sure employee has no outstanding expenses.
- Per Diem / Travel Allowance - Help end users create travel allowance requests as needed.
- Move charges in Expense Tools.
- Petty Cash.
- Perform other duties as requested.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent in education and experience.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.
