Colliers Engineering & Design is a leading engineering and design firm with a strong presence in Egg Harbor, NJ. As a CADD Operator, you will play a vital role in our Survey/Geospatial team, contributing to a full range of survey and geospatial data and mapping services.
We are seeking an experienced Geospatial Data Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have the ability to draft parcels, or subdivision boundaries from legal descriptions using CAD techniques (Civil 3D).
The ideal candidate will possess average skills in the use of AutoCAD, with experience in platting a plus. MicroStation is also a desirable skill. The role requires the ability and knowledge to perform Topographic survey, ALTA survey, Boundary Survey, As built Survey etc. Additionally, the candidate should be able to read and plot Legal descriptions.
This position involves drafting of portions of routine projects under the direction of a project surveyor. The successful candidate will understand surveying terminology and be able to prepare a variety of survey products. Adherence to AutoCAD standards manual is essential.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
