Responsibilities
- Prepare reports, including printing, organizing, sealing, binding, for project submissions.
- Prepare large and small plans, including printing, sealing, and folding, for project deliverable submissions.
- Prepare and laminate exhibit boards.
- Create scheduling for upcoming printing projects.
- Ensure documents have been printed correctly and implementing QA/QC procedures.
- Scan plans and files for digital filing and archiving.
- Pull requested files from storage facility.
- Maintain equipment, including loading printers with paper and ink.
- Assisting with labeling, saving and organizing archive files.
- Education: High School degree or equivalent.
- Licensure/Certifications: Valid Drivers License.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen ability to prioritize, multi-task and be detail oriented.
- Time Management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Adobe Acrobat and Revit Bluebeam experience a plus.
- Previous experience using Microsoft Excel for spreadsheets helpful.
- Strong computer literacy preferred.
- Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.
