This Regional Marketing Manager will directly supervise the proposal staff, providing leadership and strategic direction for growth. This role will perform duties in support of multiple disciplines across a geographical region. Oversee and manage the development of proposals and statements of qualifications and support major proposal pursuits. Communicate with proposal staff to ensure the appropriate material/information needed to meet the requirements of the RFP, and accuracy of proposals/documents from inception through final product. Works to align priorities and drive successful proposals, pursuit, and marketing activities across an assigned region.

This Regional Marketing Manager will directly supervise the proposal staff, providing leadership and strategic direction for growth. Responsibilities
- Manages proposal staff and provides strategic direction/guidance to proposal team in developing strategies for responding to and preparing materials for proposals, qualifications packages, and client presentations.
- Develops and executes overall strategy for the production of proposals, qualifications packages, and client presentations within a region.
- Possess extensive knowledge of the organization's products and/or services.
- Remain current on all industry standards to ensure quality proposals.
- Oversees proposal development.
- Monitors and mentors QA/QC of all proposal material/documents.
- Ensures compliance with CED policies and procedures.
- Develop, maintain, and update corporate firm information for use in Firm Qualifications.
- Develop pursuit strategies, including providing business intelligence on clients and competitors.
- Support client focus activities to build client relationships and understanding of their needs.
- Organize and facilitate pursuit strategy meetings.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and subject matter experts across disciplines/offices.
- Suggest new ideas and processes; stay informed of developments in practice areas; view obstacles as opportunities as you actively participate in a meaningful team environment.
- Responsible for marketing support such as tradeshow attendance and brand compliance through regional content creation and website updates.
- Work closely with principals, project managers, and business development teams to align marketing efforts with the regional objectives.
- Searching for RFQ/RFPs through various procurement websites.
- Travels (via car or airplane) regularly to the various regions and offices.
- 7 years experience creating proposals for a professional services firm.
- Prior experience with proposals and business development in the AEC industry preferred.
- Knowledge of Unanet (CRM) a plus but not required.
- 1 years of experience with InDesign.
- Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.
