Bergmann, an affiliate of Colliers Engineering & Design, is seeking a skilled Senior Architect to join our Mid-Atlantic Buildings team.
This individual will work on various projects, including commercial, retail, hospitality, program work, multi-use, and education.
- Assist in programming and planning
- Concept design
- Detailed design working with project teams
- Lead and manage A/E design teams
- Communicate with clients and maintain relationships
- Engineering coordination
- Solve design problems
- Analyze building codes and materials
- Write specifications
- Prepare construction documents
- Conduct site surveys
Requirements:
- Licensed architect in the US or eligible for licensure within 6 months
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- 8 years of experience in architectural design
- Familiarity with Revit and AutoCAD
