Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a talented team to tackle various projects.
- Read and interpret utility records, as-built and survey drawings, and highway design plans.
- Designate existing utilities using electromagnetic and geophysical technologies.
- Work with Project Managers and Discipline Leads to understand project requirements.
- Operate and drive a vacuum excavation truck, performing test holes to expose utilities.
- Implement appropriate maintenance of traffic.
- Call One-Call tickets.
- Coordinate survey work in relation to SUE.
- Supervise activities of field crew members.
- Train junior crew members.
- Represent Colliers Engineering & Design in the field, communicating and coordinating with utility companies and clients.
