Overview :
Colliers Engineering & Design is looking for a Transportation Leader who will be responsible for the professional, technical, management, marketing, administrative and financial aspects of the Bridge and Highway Group. Expand Colliers Engineering & Design Bridge and Highway services into clients such as TxDOT and municipal government. The Regional Transportation Leader shall perform duties in support of the discipline and region.

Responsibilities :
- Provides leadership, managerial direction and guidance for the region to achieve established goals.
- Directs overall productivity, profitability, client satisfaction and quality of work.
- Responsible for discipline marketing and business development of new and existing clients.
- Actively involved in the cross selling of all company services.
- Responsible for billings and collections.
- Works with the geographic discipline leaders on resource sharing and staffing needs.
- Responsible for regional training and staff development.
- Monitor staff utilization regularly and take corrective action if necessary.
- Complies with and ensures others compliance with all CED policies and procedures, including but not limited to the Health and Safety Program.
- Travels (via car or airplane) regularly to the various regions and offices.
