The Workplace Creative Coordinator supports the Senior Designer in the planning, coordination, and execution of office relocations and expansions, ensuring all projects align with Colliers Environmental Guidelines, CED company standards, and approved budgets.

Responsibilities
- Space planning and layout development.
- Selection of finishes and material.
- Furniture design and specification.
- Timeline coordination.
- Management of punch list completion.
- Create and implement comprehensive design packages for office locations.
- Office signage and branding elements.
- Decor and artwork plans.
- Special design initiatives.
- Develop and maintain standardized office furniture guidelines in line with Colliers' standards.
- Implement and manage a consistent process for furniture requests.
- Travel as needed to support on-site office setup and furniture installation.
- Liaise with individual offices to identify and address furniture replacement needs.
- Partner with the Health & Safety team to provide ergonomic furniture solutions in response to medical accommodations.
Lead the company-wide Mothers' Room initiative by:
- Establishing standardized furnishings and layouts.
- Assisting offices in outfitting both new and existing designated spaces.
Qualifications
- Associates degree in Business Administration, Graphic Design, or related field.
- 1 years of experience in related field.
- Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.
