Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup of plans by analyzing sketches, notes and other input material to determine the best approach for the completion of drawings.
- Work from detailed sketches to produce computer-generated graphs, charts, overlays and isometric drawings including digital terrain models and surfaces.
- Conform to the company's standard CAD procedures for layering, etc., and standard drawing procedures for sheet layout.
- Work with numerous project teams to help in project completion. Coordinates details and dimensions between drawing sheets.
- Prepare project exhibits.
- Address assignments of increased difficulty as proficiency is increased.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/Equivalent; Associates Degree or a Certificate from a technical school.
- 0-2 years of experience in the civil/environmental engineering field with concentration in water/wastewater design.
- Experience with AutoCAD & OpenRoads is desired.
- Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.
