About you
A detail-oriented and analytical professional, you bring a strong interest in understanding the financial drivers behind global IT operations. Collaborating closely with the Finance Manager to support Senior IT leadership through financial planning and analysis, providing insights into key components of IT spend, and managing critical processes including license issuance, purchase order generation, and IT invoice processing excites you. You thrive in fast-paced, technology-driven environments and are driven to make a meaningful impact.
In this role, you will…
Support the Finance Manager in IT cost transparency initiatives and financial reporting projects
Analyze monthly P&L results and investigate variances against budgets and forecasts
Develop clear, data-driven reports and provide ad-hoc analysis to IT leadership
Lead budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and consistency
Manage licensing requests, vendor agreements, and cost allocation calculations
Generate purchase orders and process IT-related invoices in a timely manner
Maintain vendor portals and respond to payment inquiries from internal and external stakeholders
Identify and implement process improvements in procurement and financial operations
What you’ll bring
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field with 2–4 years of relevant experience
Background in invoicing and/or financial analysis (1 years)
Excellent communication skills and ability to build effective working relationships
Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities and a continuous improvement mindset
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel and Power BI

Approximate Salary Range for Role: $65,000 to $80,000
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all Canada locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
