The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for managing the accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, managing vendor relationships, and maintaining accurate financial records.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coding and entering invoices, requesting approval, printing checks for payment and signature and scanning
- Maintaining W-9s and preparing 1099s
- Responding to vendor inquiries
- Maintaining AP documentation support for controls compliance
- Other duties as assigned

JOB EXPECTATIONS
This is a full-time position that requires regular and reliable attendance Monday through Friday during standard business hours with the expectation of being onsite at least 3 to 4 days a week.

Approximate Wage Range for this Role : $28.85- 32.22
Our compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
