About You,

As a Director of Facilities Management – you will be involved in all aspects of facility management. You will be responsible for following company and client policies & procedures, standards of service and key elements of success as defined by the client.

In this role, you will,

  • You successfully manage FM operational programs to ensure efficiency and reliability of systems while maintaining first-class operations.
  • You effectively develop and foster strong client relationships.
  • You successfully to negotiate and execute on behalf of client, local vendor service contracts and services in scope.
  • You successfully manage all operations tasks.

What You'll Bring,

  • Five (5) or more years’ managing integrated facility management operations within a medical/Bio/Pharma operating platform.
  • Strong understanding of financial reports, including variance of actual vs. budget numbers.
  • Working knowledge and understanding of building systems and infrastructure.
  • BS/BA degree from a university or college accredited through a Regional Accrediting Association. RPA, CPM or CFM designation preferred.
  • Demonstrated operational success in managing maintenance operations and vendor services.
  • Proven financial and accounting knowledge and abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and allocate resources on a daily basis in a dynamic environment.
  • Superior organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship skills, with strong attention to high standards of customer service and negotiating sensitive management issues.
  • Comprehensive knowledge around facility systems and operations.
  • Proficient computer and administrative skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, well organized.
  • An ability to grow as the scope of the position increases.
