Summary
The Loan Closing Analyst works in association with Loan Closers in all aspects of the non-agency closings process, including review of loan documents, preparation of closing statements, coordination of closing, document management, file set up and review; system(s) input and reporting.

Approximate Wage Range for this Role $55,000 - $65,000 per year
This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonus

The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Summary
The Loan Closing Analyst works in association with Loan Closers in all aspects of the non-agency closings process, including review of loan documents, preparation of closing statements, coordination of closing, document management, file set up and review; system(s) input and reporting.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison and support with the Loan Closer between all parties related to loan closing, including borrower, attorney, contractor, Title Company, Lender, surveyor, etc.
- Update deal tasking inclusive of checklist management; document review; review of Closing Statements
- Gather documentation; various systems input
- Work collaboratively with internal team members and provide outstanding client service to external clients
- Build skills and knowledge to allow transitioning into a Loan Closer
- Adhere to internal or external policies, laws, and regulations
- Post-closing document prep and miscellaneous projects
- Other duties as assigned
- Commercial or multifamily real estate loan closing experience preferred
- Experience reviewing leases for commercial properties
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage several complex projects simultaneously to meet deadlines
- Good analytical and judgment skills
- Ability to effectively interact at all levels of an organization
- Associates degree or equivalent experience required; paralegal certificate considered as an asset, but not a requirement
- Regular and reliable attendance required
- Occasional Domestic travel required
