As a Manager of the CVAS National Client Services team, you are a dynamic and experienced professional with a passion for operational excellence and team development. In this role, you will…
- Be a trusted partner; building strong relationships with the management staff through timely, relevant, thorough, and tailored communication.
- Manage the training of any applicable new hires and maintaining new hire administrative training materials.
- Process bid requests & agreements via email, client portals, etc.
- Process new awards, accurately entering data into the internal software and providing this information to the applicable producers in a timely manner.
- Manage the appraisal delivery platform and ensure deliveries are being completed efficiently.
- College/University Degree in Business Management or related field is preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in administrative experience in a professional environment (preferably real estate)
- A high level of initiative and excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Commitment to delivering precise, high-quality work that meets internal and external customer expectations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment while prioritizing multiple deadlines.
