Requirements


Experience: One year or more of experience in a Leasing Agent or customer service role is essential. Your proven track record in these areas will set you up for success.

Communication is Key: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a natural flair for sales are must-haves. Your ability to engage with potential residents and showcase the unique features of our luxury apartments will drive leasing success.

Master of Multitasking: Thrive in a fast-paced environment by undertaking multiple projects, managing shifting priorities, and handling multiple projects with ease. Your organizational prowess and dedication to meeting deadlines will ensure operational efficiency.

Team Player: Show your support for the community team by actively contributing to a collaborative environment. Your ability to work seamlessly with others will enhance our collective efforts in providing exceptional service.

Problem-Solving Pro: Showcase your negotiation and problem-solving skills as you navigate various leasing scenarios. Your knack for finding solutions will be invaluable in addressing challenges and achieving favorable outcomes.
