Residential Leasing Intern

We are seeking a motivated Leasing Intern to support our leasing and property management teams at Harmoniq Residential. This full-time internship provides hands-on experience in leasing, resident relations, and property management. You will work closely with our corporate operations team, on-site staff, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities


Leasing & Resident Support

• Conduct apartment tours and assist prospective residents with applications
• Support marketing efforts, including social media and resident outreach
• Process lease agreements and move-in documentation
• Address resident questions and maintenance requests
• Assist on-site teams in enhancing the resident experience
  
  
  

Operational & Administrative Support

• Maintain accurate leasing records
• Help improve leasing processes
• Assist with property audits and compliance checks
