This position is a Sr. Broker role based out of our Sacramento, CA & Reno, NV Offices

Approximate Salary Range for this Role 100% Commission Based
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

In this role, you will…
- Manage and lead a team of commercial real estate advisors and coordinators to maximize performance and deliver exceptional services to clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, leveraging your existing book of business to drive growth and expand Colliers’ market presence.
- Provide strategic guidance and innovative solutions to help clients achieve their real estate goals.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver outstanding client service and exceed expectations.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- A degree and/or diploma in a related field (e.g., Business, Real Estate, Finance).
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage
- A proven track record of success with an established book of business and a strong network of industry contacts.
- Broad experience with commercial real estate programs, policies, and market dynamics.
- Exceptional client service skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
