About You
The Senior Vice President (SVP) of Lease Administration Services will oversee the Lease Administration (LA) function for the Americas region, leading a team of LA leaders who will report directly to this role. The SVP will drive operational efficiency, enhance service delivery, and foster growth by supporting brokers and winning new business. This leadership role is key to optimizing staffing, improving business processes, and collaborating across Colliers' services to elevate overall performance. The SVP will work closely with senior leadership, including the Global EVP of Portfolio Data, Analytics and Digital Solutions, Occupier Services Business Development, Regional Lease Administration Leads, and Colliers Brokers, ensuring that lease administration services align with broader organizational objectives.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

In this role, you will be
- Establishing collaborative relationships with various business groups, including technology teams, to integrate lease administration solutions with other business processes and systems.
- Applying expertise in lease administration and client management to innovate processes and programs, optimize staffing and scalability, and the delivery of quality service to clients.
- Continuously aligning functions with strategic goals and ensuring that clients receive a high level of service.
- Responsible for managing staffing requirements by appropriately staffing skilled, and motivated resources. Involvement in the recruitment of qualified talent, ensuring the training and development opportunities for the team, and promoting a collaborative culture.
- Building and managing relationships with Regional Lease Administration leadership as well as Market Directors, brokers, Business Line Leaders, Solutions Development to support and deliver client lease management solutions in support of Colliers objectives and growth targets
- Supporting the growth of lease administration business locally and regionally through the development and implementation of special projects, new products and innovations across the service line based on the key strategic goals for Lease Administration.
- Preparing and leading effective presentations and system demos for client pitches covering all available lease administration services.
- Contributing to the creation, maintenance and management of high quality, persuasive business development materials to assist in winning new business, including case studies and proposal and presentation materials in conjunction with regional and global marketing teams.
- Evaluating market peers/competitors and identify opportunities to ensure that Colliers Lease Administration remains competitive – pricing/scope/services
- Monitoring market for emerging trends to ensure continuous improvements and expansions of Colliers Lease Admin services offering
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
- 10 or more years of experience in Commercial Real Estate portfolio management
- Experience in leading diverse and global lease administration teams
- Client Management experience
- Leadership skills to lead and grow capabilities within a high performing team

- Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
- The ability to communicate and collaborate across many levels within Client and Colliers organization
