- Location: Milwaukee, WI
- Program Dates: May 27, 2025 - August 10, 2025
- Real-World Brokerage Experience: Work alongside seasoned professionals in commercial brokerage, contributing to market research, client management, and deal-making processes
- Collaborative Workshops: Gain knowledge from various real estate sectors including investment sales, property management, construction, and development through site tours, job shadowing, and collaborative activities
- Industry Exposure: Attend key industry events, expand your professional network, and meet stakeholders from Colliers, clients, and partners
- Collaboration Days: Once a week, participate in a 3-4 hour session designed for learning from peers, internal departments, and external stakeholders. Each intern will share their departmental experiences, fostering learning and growth within the group
