Responsibilities - Automotive Service Advisor :
- Guide customers through the auto repair / maintenance process, advise customers on service costs and options, offer 'specials', schedule service appointments, greet customers, answer questions, offer additional services and much more.
- Follow vehicle status from service bay entry through completion of work, review work order with customer, and ensure their satisfaction
- Maintain a high CSI score
- Perform other duties as assigned
