Collin College seeks a skilled Testing Operations Specialist to ensure the secure operation of its testing center while maintaining the privacy of sensitive data. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Administer various testing activities, including certification/licensure, correspondence, CLEP, TSIA, assessment, instructional, and other tests.
- Operate and troubleshoot testing software systems to ensure a seamless testing experience.
- Interpret TSIA test scores, course placement, and possible retest options for credit students.
- Assist testers in a courteous and professional manner to ease their anxiety.
- Maintain the security and integrity of the testing center by following protocols to create an atmosphere that is secure and minimizes distractions.
- Perform assigned responsibilities, duties, and tasks according to established practices and procedures with minimal supervision within the assigned timeframe.
- Associate degree from an accredited institution required.
- One (1) year of related experience preferred.
