Responsibilities
As a Business Insurance Specialist, you will support 80 agencies in achieving their commercial insurance goals by :
Strategic Marketing Plans : Collaborate with agents to design and execute customized marketing strategies that attract and retain commercial clients.
Training & Coaching : Provide in-depth training sessions to enhance agents knowledge of commercial products, underwriting guidelines, and sales techniques.
Underwriting Support : Guide agents through the underwriting process, offering expertise on submissions and ensuring compliance with carrier requirements.
Goal Achievement : Work with agents to set and surpass annual commercial insurance goals through tailored growth strategies.
Brokerage Expertise : Leverage your brokerage experience to help agents navigate complex accounts and carrier relationships.
Carrier Relationships : Serve as a liaison between agents and carriers to streamline communication and resolve underwriting challenges.
