Machine Operator

This position reports to the Wrapping Supervisor.

Responsibilities
 Setup packaging equipment for various sku’s.
 Changeover packaging equipment between production runs.
 Develop recipes for all product sku’s.
 Maintain and clean all packaging equipment daily.
 Schedule and perform PM’s on all packaging equipment.

Requirements
 Understanding of food and/or food packaging equipment.
o Shrink wrappers
o Flow wrappers
 Mechanical and process aptitude.
 Basic understanding of standard throughput requirements.
 Ability to lift 25 to 50 pounds several times per shift.
 Good attendance.
 Works well as a team member.
 Self starter.

Skills
 Knowledge of basic tools and their uses.
 Ability to understand HMI instructions and applications.
 Understanding of packaging processes.

Job Type: Full-time Salary/Hourly (Rate will be based on prior experience)
