About the Role : As an Engineering Lead at Collinear, you will own key areas of our AI product development, manage cross-functional teams, and lead cutting-edge engineering projects. You'll work closely with customers, product, GTM, and operations to build and support models for AI workflows and advanced reasoning capabilities. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of AI in a rapidly growing and dynamic company.
Key Responsibilities :
- Head a group of 4-5 ML Engineers with a strong background in LLMs and align them to the short term and long term engineering agenda.
- Lead and own large-scale areas of Collinear’s AI product development, particularly related to LLMs, Generative AI, and NLP.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external customers to define, build, and support model capabilities.
- Design, develop, and implement AI solutions, covering the full product lifecycle from concept to production.
- Build end-to-end features, including front-end, back-end, and system design, while debugging and testing complex AI models.
- Deliver experiments with high velocity and ensure quality output to engage customers.
- Foster and influence the culture, values, and processes of a growing engineering team.
- Mentor and inspire less experienced engineers to elevate team performance and knowledge sharing.
- Work closely with the Product and GTM teams to bring AI models to market and ensure alignment with business needs.
