About the Role
We're seeking an exceptional Ops Lead to build and scale our operational infrastructure during a period of rapid growth. As one of our early team members, you'll have a unique opportunity to shape our company's operational foundation while working at the cutting edge of AI safety and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Finance & HR Operations: Own accounts payable/receivable, payroll, benefits administration, and employee onboarding/offboarding processes, ensuring timely and accurate execution
- Strategic Planning: Partner with CXOs to develop operational roadmaps, track key metrics, and implement improvements to support business objectives
- Process Development: Build and maintain scalable operational systems and documentation for finance, HR, and administrative functions that can support our rapid growth
- Compliance Management: Drive company-wide compliance including workplace policies, taxes, immigration and certifications
- Vendor & Employee Relations: Manage relationships with service providers, handle employee queries, and ensure smooth coordination across all operational touchpoints
Qualifications
- 1 years of experience in operations, consulting, or a tech startup
- Strong problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail; experience with data analysis and process optimization is a plus
- Track record of taking initiative and driving projects to completion with minimal supervision; proven ability to figure things out in ambiguous situations
- Demonstrated interest in technology and AI
- Ability to GSD - Get Stuff Done!
Salary : $70,000 - $110,000
