This position is for a staff Customer Data Management coordinator who is under moderate supervision. Compiles and analyzes customer service data for moderately complex business planning, sales forecasting and product quality measures. Relies on moderate experience and judgment to plan and accomplish tasks. Assists in orienting, training, and assigning work of technical/business support employees.
What YOU Will Do:
Uses computer software programs to monitor customer data collection activities.
Acts as liaison between sales, engineering and customers, answering moderately complex queries and tracks data on customer activities.
Compiles and analyzes customer service data for moderately complex business planning, sales forecasting and product quality measures.
Generates moderately complex reports and statistics on sales.
Tracks data related to customer orders and activities.
Creates and maintains service notifications and scheduling.
Performs data analytics and forecasting in support of business development or product management.
Defines and communicates contractual data requirements to personnel responsible for data preparation.
Defines and maintains data delivery schedules.
Coordinates contractual data preparation and submittals to customers.
Establishes and maintains program data files (physical and digital).
Maintains schedules and logs for contractual data (shipped and received) and customer review/approval comments.
Operates in accordance with Corporate, Operations, and Collins Aerospace policies and practices and in compliance with accepted business ethics.
Strives for 100% internal and external customer satisfaction by obtaining and maintaining a clear understanding of the customer's needs and providing products and service which totally satisfy customer requirements.

Qualifications You Must Have:
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required •
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Typically requires HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
Proven experience with Microsoft Office Suite Software such as MS Word, MS Excel/Macro, MS PPT, etc
Qualifications We Prefer:
