The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

What You Will Do
- Oversee the planning, execution, and tracking/reporting of technical aspects related to the ECU Electrical and Sensors Hardware, including Pressure & Temperature & PHM sensors, ignition systems, and harness.
- Coordinate a cross-functional engineering team and serve as the primary interface between Collins engineering and Pratt & Whitney controls engineering.
- Drive the resolution of issues related to requirements, design, and schedule challenges.
- Provide critical evaluation of technical and programmatic tasks, manage scope and tasks across the engineering team, and effectively address resource needs within a matrix environment.
- Strengthen horizontal and vertical alignment within the organization and mentor Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to drive collaboration and innovation.
- Incorporate key learnings from the current F135 program into the development of the ECU suite of components.
- Coordinate and lead team meetings, ensuring action items are captured and completed, and providing regular updates to management and leadership.
- Develop skills in incorporating learning from existing programs into the development of new components.
- Hone critical evaluation skills in technical and programmatic tasks within a matrix environment.
- You will enhance leadership skills through strategic planning and coordination.
- You will have the potential for career advancement in leadership roles.
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) unless prohibited by local laws/regulations and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience.

- Experience in leading team projects.
- Proven success in delivering compelling presentations to internal and external customers, as well as effectively managing customer relationships and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office products and MS Project tools.
- Familiarity with Agile program operations, showcasing adaptability and efficiency in project management.
- Hands-on experience with an Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or equivalent project financial management methods.
- Experience in coordinating trade studies and crafting basis of estimates (BOEs) for engineering planning and proposal activities.
- Experience in engine controls components or systems.
